Use this for a call-off with 15+ days advance notice β an officer flagging a date further out than what's currently on screen. For anything sooner, go straight to the cell on the schedule: select the date, Clear Name, and answer "Any issues with this officer?" there instead.

Applies to this one date only. Clear the hold (switch to Covering) once they confirm β that's what makes it a real, final assignment.
Changes here are for this date only. For a permanent change to the standing template, use the π Master toggle on the main page instead.

Schedule Strategy β what each one means
How broadly a shift search should reach once direct outreach β manager, then supervisor/ops β hasn't filled it. All four shown, regardless of which one this site uses, so they're easy to compare.
Fill in only the days the client actually specified - leave the rest blank and Master fills in as usual. Days that already have an entry are shown but locked here; delete them the normal way on the live grid first if they need to change.
β‘ Board Claim β Review
This shift was claimed on the Open Shifts board. Accepting puts the officer on the Live Schedule (green); rejecting returns the cell to yellow and reopens the shift for anyone else to claim.
Extra Coverage Officer
This entry was created through the Extra Coverage form - only the officer name can be changed here, and it stays in sync with the original event automatically. Everything else (status, date, scope) still goes through the form.
This event needs more than one officer, so this cell shows a single "MultiSP Event" label. The officers assigned are listed below. To add, change, or remove anyone, use the Events Calendar - the cell turns green automatically once every position is filled.
Changing the officer name always resets this to "Needs Update" - adjust it afterward once you've actually updated WinTeam.
Edit Master Template
Set on Manage Clients β this site's time slots, not here.
This changes the standing template going forward from today - not just this one week. It won't touch any temporary override already sitting on a live day (a call-out, vacation, etc.).
π Day-Off Holding β
This officer requested this day off. The shift should stay posted on the Open Shifts board β still legally theirs β until another officer claims it.
